How to use your candle
- When using the candle for the first time, leave it to burn for 2 or 3 hours, until all the wax has become liquid on the surface.
- Cut the wick regularly (ideal length between 3 and 5mm).
- Ensure that the wick is straight and centred when putting out the flame.
- We recommend airing out your indoor space after burning a candle.
Sustainable jar: Diptyque’s iconic candle jars are sustainable and reusable. Once the wax has been used up, you can reuse them as a practical and decorative container to bring character to your workspace, organise your things elegantly in the bathroom, or enhance your living room.
The jar for our “indoor and outdoor” scented candle was designed in collaboration with famous porcelain manufacturer Virebent. Rustic and artisanal, the terracotta used breathes life and form into the brand’s iconic oval. Made entirely by hand, each candle is presented in a signature hat box that’s perfect for gifting.

- Standard delivery by Chronopost takes 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Delivery is free for all orders over 100€.
- For any order less than or equal to 100€, the shipping fees are 15€.

RETURNS
- You can return a product within 30 days of delivery.
- All items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging.
- Products which have been personalized cannot be returned.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days upon receipt of your returned parcel.
